Position Information Classification Title Temporary Hourly Professional FLSA Non-Exempt UGA Job Code FTE 1.00 Minimum Qualifications Position Summary The Resident Advisor (RA) will work with the Program Director and Institute staff to facilitate an environment on campus and within the Domestic Field Study program that contributes to and supports the overall experience of the students. They will also have responsibilities working at MAREX assisting with aquarium operations. Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position High School graduate or equivalent required. Baccalaureate degree preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Interact with residents on a consistent basis to demonstrate genuine concern and care for residents Model and promote an environment of respect and inclusion. Demonstrate active listening skills when interacting with residents and team members. Physical Demands Ability to lift 25 pounds. Stand, sit, walk. Driving. Is this a Position of Trust?
