Job Title: Research Technician Physical Location: Kent Campus - Kent, OH Salary: $35,360 Basic Function: WE ARE SEEKING A FULL-TIME RESEARCH TECHNICIAN TO WORK IN DR. RICHARD PIET'S LABORATORY IN THE DEPARTMENT OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES AT KENT STATE UNIVERSITY. RESEARCH IN THE PIET LAB FOCUSES ON UNDERSTANDING THE BRAIN CIRCUITS THAT CONTROL FERTILITY AND CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS IN MAMMALS. PRIOR RESEARCH EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE. APPLICANTS SHOULD BE DETAIL-ORIENTED, ABLE TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM OR INDEPENDENTLY AND HAVE GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
