Research Specialist

The candidate will support the analyses of data extracted for health information systems and health equity scoping review manuscript with the following key tasks: Conduct thematic analysis of the extracted information from review study Draft introduction, methods, and results sections of journal publication Lead results section writing and response to comments Finalize publication and support submission to journal Respond to research and journal questions Technical skills and competencies to conduct quantifiable, meaningful research Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds at all levels internal and external to the organization Ability to work collaboratively as a positive, contributing member of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Ability to prioritize work, performing assignments with minimal supervision Experience with health information systems Capacity to write publication quality manuscripts Bachelor's Degree Three years of relevant experience to include experience with health information systems, conducting evidence syntheses and publication writing Work experience in an academic environment.
