Serving as the Principle Investigator (PI), you will be responsible for study management, interpretation, and reporting of study data, and in concert with team members and peers. As a PI you will be responsible for completing portions of/entire, projects, and providing quality and timely results, as well as collaborating and communicating with Clients, QPS management, and external resources. The Job Independently understand, recognize and initiate/prepare draft/final study protocols and SOPs in the Bioanalytical group. Develop and run robust and sensitive LC-HRMS or LC-MS/MS assays for in vivo and in vitro ADME assessment. Simultaneously design and execute multiple projects and experiments for the assigned area. Perform sample analysis and/or data analysis, data QC, data summaries, and data interpretation. Evaluate significance of data and report findings. Prepare Study summaries and/or reports. Communicate project timelines, status, data, reports, and inquiries to internal departments and/or external client/collaborators, effectively addressing any issues that may arise. Lead team in method development, qualification and/or validation. Collaborate with internal departments and/or external clients/etc. to maintain timely analysis and results, assessment, and technology transfer. Ensure that regulations and SOPs are followed in all activities. Supervise, train and/or mentor junior scientists. Work Location This job will be 100% QPS-office/facility based Requirements The successful candidate will hold an advanced degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related scientific discipline: Ph.D. degree with at least 2 years of relevant industrial experience Must have direct experience on method development of bioanalytical assays using LC-HRMS or LC-MS/MS Understanding of experimental design and planning, and data collection and analysis software.
