Research Psychometrician
Job Type This is a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities As a research psychometrician, you will:
Independently perform various psychometric analyses using both CTT and IRT methods (such as item calibration, equating, scaling, item and test analyses, DIF analysis, etc.) to meet key dates and deadlines
Produce high-quality technical reports that meet the contractual specifications
Lead, design and conduct research projects to support MI's strategic objectives and communicate the findings to different audiences
Provide expert advice on research studies and psychometric best practices
