We re looking for a highly skilled Federal Account Manager to help us better communicate with our clients and prospects. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing the relationship and with current and future federal and state agencies. The specific job duties may vary depending on the type of federal/state clients involved, but some general responsibilities may include:


Responsibilities:

Intern job duties in a federal position:

  • Research and Analysis: Research relevant topics and issues. Analyze data and information to support decision-making processes. Prepare reports and summaries of findings.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as tracking clients activity, maintaining client records, reporting on key metrics, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Communication: Assist in the development of communication materials, such as newsletters, press releases, or social media posts. Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions. Interact with clients to understand their needs and work accordingly.
  • Customer Relationship: Must ensure that clients receive exceptional customer service. This includes responding to inquiries promptly, addressing concerns, managing expectations, interacting regularly with clients, understanding their needs, and working to meet those needs.

Policy and Program Support:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and programs. Contribute to the preparation of policy documents and recommendations.
  • Training: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. Contribute towards the update on training materials.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with colleagues and other interns. Attend networking events and meetings.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in government regulations that could impact the company's relationship with the clients.
  • Special Projects: Work on special projects as assigned by supervisors. Take on additional responsibilities as needed.


Compensation

Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
