Company : Allegheny Health Network Job Description : GENERAL OVERVIEW: Provides research, development, and technical support to investigators, physicians and staff. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans and coordinates all activities pertinent to specific research and development projects. (35%) Implements and manages the technical aspect of research and development projects. (40%) Serves as a liaison between clinical staff and research projects. (5%) Communicates and collects all relevant data related to R&D projects. (10%) Ensures patient safety, compliance with the protocol and regulatory agencies and adherence to appropriate safety regulations and data integrity. (5%) Performs other duties which may include but not limited to mentoring new employees and participating in hospital initiatives.
