Your Role: Analyze and convey investment strategies related to individual equities and equity-related securities to clients and prospects. Prepare client-ready written responses to investment questions spanning a variety of topics, including investment philosophy, investment process, performance and performance drivers, and portfolio characteristics. Prepare marketing and review materials detailing investment strategies, due diligence questionnaires, and quarterly and annual reporting. Complete requests for proposals and run relevant analyses. Analyze portfolio exposures and performance using existing tools and contribute to the development of new monitoring tools. Conduct custom portfolio analysis to address questions from clients and senior investment professionals. Present portfolio analysis results to product and portfolio teams. Conduct competitive financial analyses across strategies and client segments, including performance returns, correlations, regressions, and other financial analyses. Provide financial analysis for existing clients regarding performance returns; performance attribution, including by themes, industries, and/or countries; rationale, risk, and capital exposure. Contribute to presentations and white papers on a broad spectrum of topics, including specific products, quantitative concepts, and market environment. Utilize equity trading strategies. Perform quantitative modeling. Utilize statistics concepts. Utilize econometrics concepts. Perform portfolio analysis, including performance returns, correlations, regressions, and attributions. Perform analyses in MS Excel. What You'll Bring: Requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field of study plus two (2) years of experience with: Equity trading strategies; Quantitative modeling; Statistics concepts; Econometrics concepts; Portfolio analysis, including performance returns, correlations, regressions, and attributions; Portfolio construction techniques; and, Performing analyses in MS Excel. The salary range for this role is $135,000.00-$155,000.00/year. AQR offers generous benefits: 100% paid Medical, Dental and Vision coverage.
