Job Overview The AltaMed Institute for Health Equity (AIHE) was established in 2017 to advance health equity by identifying and removing barriers to optimal health. Reporting to the AIHE Director of Research, the Research Associate I is responsible for supporting AIHE Principal Investigators in carrying out particular research agendas. This will include staying abreast of current findings and methods relevant to given subject areas, assisting with grant and publication development and preparation, coordinating and carrying out select research project activities, assisting with organizational elements of the research team, and additional duties based on skill level and PI direction. Minimum Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree required 2. Minimum 2+ years relevant experience, including in the following areas: 3. Strong record of productive contributions to a research team's/PI's research agenda 4. Experience with research projects related to health, healthcare, equity, and/or related social sciences strongly preferred 5.
