The client is seeking a qualified Research and Development Technician to support Product Developers in a Citrus lab.
Education:
• Bachelor's (BS) Degree required.
Required Experience:
• 1-2 years R&D experience (no medical/pharma R&D).
• Will consider strong internship in place of experience.
Research and Development Technician Responsibilities:
• Preparation, testing and evaluation of beverage batches.
• Accurately prepare beverage and beverage concentrates to support new product development, brand maintenance, etc.
• Support will also include bench top batches, schedule and support pilot plant productions, sample submission for QC, Micro and any other required analysis, coordinate and collect data for product shelf-life studies, keep thorough documentation of batches and experiments, maintain and document lab inventory, maintain a safe work environment and effectively work with team members, other PDs and support teams to complete projects.
