Provide relief duty for all assigned work areas including but not limited to coverage for breaks, lunch, absences, other production support functions How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. Assist with machine operation including but not limited to cleaning, operation tear down of all machines, tanks, lines, fine saver, operate CIP, COP and UF systems Set up, adjust, monitor and perform general operating maintenance on lines. Document and record when work is completed Perform metal detector sets, proper documentation of all operating lines, collect line sampling on all equipment during production Assist others to ensure successful line operations, job order fulfillment and proper completion of tasks including proper rotation for daily COAG operations, monitor and add salt as needed, inventory rotation and stocking of all ingredients, maintaining and recording all freezer temperatures, electrical jack checks, brine and salt room checks Perform pre-op inspections and titrate lines during sanitation Perform all sanitation per requirements You Are Best Suited For The Role If You .
