Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Release Coordinator for an opportunity with a client located in Jacksonville, FL. We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Release Coordinator to join our team. The Technical Release Coordinator will play a critical role in driving process documentation, ensuring the quality assurance of change and release evidence, and facilitating effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful change and release management activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for change and release management activities, ensuring that all process is well-documented and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of change and release evidence to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues as needed
  • Collaborate with team members, including developers, testers, and operations personnel, to facilitate the successful implementation of technical changes and releases
  • Function as a point of contact for change and release management activities, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change and release processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights regarding change and release processes, leveraging this input to drive ongoing process refinement and optimization
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in change and release management, leveraging this knowledge to inform and enhance our internal practices
  • Assist with Audit efforts when applicable
