This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in food manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance to make a significant impact on our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including 21 CFR Part 111, CFR Part 117, FDA labeling, and international regulations. Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's regulatory strategies and quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the necessary regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Review and approve product labeling and marketing materials to ensure compliance with FDA and international regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality assurance system and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents to regulatory agencies, and follow up on any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines, and provide advice to the company on these changes.
  • Coordinate and manage any regulatory issues or recalls, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on regulatory and quality assurance topics to ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance in the food manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111, CFR Part 117 compliance requirements, FDA labeling, and international regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Certified in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs is a plus.
