Seeking a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to conduct various types of surveying including boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, subdivisions, and construction stakeouts. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to put your expertise to work and ensure the utmost accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.

In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and verifying the accuracy of survey data, preparing survey data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents, and searching legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain property information. You will also be required to write descriptions of surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents, attend meetings, seminars and/or training classes, and maintain excellent client relations.

To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered (Texas) Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor, with Texas work experience being strongly preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, construction staking, easements, and general plat preparation is required. You should also have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and some residential survey experience.

Management experience is preferred, and proficiency in Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CADD based programs, preferably AutoCAD and Carlson, is extremely important. You must be able to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe working environment. Additionally, Aid in Business Development through proposals and marketing material, and Industry Organization participation is expected.
