Shift/Salary:
Full Time: 3pm-11pm Up to $95k Annual Salary
Part Time: Weekend $45 - 7am-3pm

RN Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing in Long Term Care with managerial experience preferred
Proven leadership and management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
RN Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing daily nursing department functions
Ensure nursing personnel follow job descriptions
Participate in facility surveys as requested
Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards
