RN Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care with managerial experience preferred
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
RN Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the Nursing Department to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure that all nursing staff adhere to their job descriptions.
- Participate in facility surveys as requested.
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing personnel meet accepted standards.
