As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to provide exceptional care to our residents. Working closely with our esteemed Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll ensure that our standards of patient care are not just met, but exceeded.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing collaborative support during Monday to Friday shifts (2pm-10pm), assisting in steering nursing operations to meet and exceed industry standards.
  • Taking the lead during full-time, every other weekend shifts (10pm-6am), ensuring seamless care delivery and setting a positive example for the team.
  • Occasional alternate weekend shifts (10pm-6am) to maintain continuity of care.

To qualify for this role, you'll need:

  • A valid RN license in the State of New York, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in nursing practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care, with managerial experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, inspiring and empowering those around you to deliver their best.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reflecting your dedication to excellence in all aspects of your work.
