We are currently seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our esteemed care team.

As an Aesthetics professional, you will utilize the nursing process to provide personalized care to patients undergoing cosmetic services. Operating in a proactive and self-accountable environment, you will maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.

Your responsibilities will include patient care related to cosmetic services, as well as involvement in the sale and marketing of retail products to support quality outcomes. Essential attributes for success in this role include superior interpersonal, sales, and communication skills, along with attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional patient-centered care. A growth mindset is highly valued.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. Injector and Laser experience is highly desirable, and sales and marketing experience is a plus. Key Requirements: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Florida.

Must possess an active DEA licensure or have the ability to obtain DEA licensure. Advantageous skills include social media, community building, and networking. Strong desire to work in a start up/growth mode environment.

Note: This role requires providing in-person, on-demand aesthetic procedures at our Naples, FL location. Responsibilities: Administer professional injectable treatments following company protocols and accepted practices. Consult with patients to determine the most suitable treatment, creating a care plan in agreement with Staff Physicians.

Maintain medical equipment, restock treatment inventory, and stay informed about all services and products offered. Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards in accordance with laws, policies, and procedures. Promote our skin care treatment line, services, and retail products.

Address patients' questions and concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally. Contribute to a positive work environment through a proactive and optimistic attitude. Regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
