JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BSN Preferred. Graduate from accredited school of nursing Experience: Must have at least one year of hospital medical-surgical nursing experience. Any RN with less than one year of hospital medical-surgical nursing experience or any new graduate RN will be hired into the hospital new graduate orientation program approved by the ACNO.
