Find your purpose changing the lives of our patients as a Registered Nurse at our Melrose Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established nursing practice standards. You will collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. You will supervise the care provided to assigned patients in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations that govern this facility and as may be required by the Director/Head Nurse or Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Schedule Full-time 60 hours every two weeks Melrose Hospital Days and nights 7am - 7:30pm and 7pm - 7:30am Every third weekend Rotating holidays Pay and Benefits $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Minnesota RN license Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Critical Advanced Life Support (CALS) and TNCC certified within 9 months of employment To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Melrose Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
