Our client is hiring a Registered Nurse for their Labor & Delivery department:
- Provide Compassionate Care: Offer holistic care, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Ensure patient safety by following safety protocols and practicing self-care
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Collect and analyze patient data, including physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques, involving patients and their families in care planning.
- Individualized Care Planning: Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Apply evidence-based practices, adjusting plans as needed based on patient response.
- Implementation and Coordination: Execute care plans with compassion, prioritizing patient needs. Ensure documentation accuracy and effective communication among care team members across different levels of care.

Other Requirements:
- Current RN license in Arizona.
- Experience in fetal echocardiography.
- Completion of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
