Job Summary
- The Registered Nurse is accountable for providing direct patient care and performs nursing assessment skills and treatments in accordance with registered nurse standard nursing practice for patients of all ages including newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
- The Registered Nurse will support the hospital's goal of excellence inpatient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing education program preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Current RN licensure in the state of SD or multi-state privilege to practice in SD if residing in a compact state outside of SD required.
- BLS Certification required within 60 days of hire
- ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire.
Work Schedule
- Day/Night Shift, e/3rd wknd/hol; 72hrs/2wks
