Novant Health is hiring for a Neuro Surgical registered nurse for the night shift at our New Hanover Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, North Carolina. We're offering a $30,000 sign-on bonus as well as $7,500 relocation.

• Schedule: Full-Time, 0.9 FTE, 72 Hours per 2 weeks, 12 Hour Night Shift (7pm-7am)

About the Neuro Surgical Department:

We're seeking a registered nurse to join our Neuro Surgical team in our new, 36-bed state-of-the-art facility. With a specialized emphasis on neurology, our facility houses four epilepsy monitoring units catering to both adult and pediatric patients. We also conduct spine school sessions to educate patients prior to surgery. Additionally, we provide numerous opportunities for learning and shadowing experiences. • Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
• One-year relevant experience, preferred.

If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
