Park Lane in beautiful West Chester, PA is currently hiring for Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor on the Night Shift, 11pm-7am for Saturday and Sunday.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The RN Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.
- The RN Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units checking in with residents and staff.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Provide support and direction for nurses.
- The RN Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
- The RN Supervisor prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
