Registered Nurse (RN) - $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates.

Available weekend double shifts:

  • Day Shift 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
  • Night Shift 6:00 pm - 6:30 am
  • Friday - Sunday (6 am - 6 pm & 6 pm - 6 am), candidates must work three consecutive 12-hour shifts on the weekend to qualify for Baylor pay

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
  • The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
  • Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
  • Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs
  • Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
  • Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualifications
  • Administers medications
  • Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
  • Documents that treatment as required
  • Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Registered Nurse / RN License required (or recent graduate)
