They play a vital role in promoting health and managing chronic conditions.Responsibilities may include:Assessing patients' health status and medical historyAdministering medications and treatmentsMonitoring and documenting patient progressCommunicating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated careEducating patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-careMaintaining patient medical records and updating care plansAssisting with diagnostic tests and procedures.Requirements:A current Registered Nurse (RN) licenseA Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be sufficient in some casesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage a complex patient caseloadStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.This is a not full time but contracted travel position.
