About the Opportunity:
Our progressive CVICU unit offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll work alongside a team of skilled healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. As a CVICU RN, you'll:
- Assess and monitor the health status of critically ill cardiovascular patients using advanced monitoring equipment and hemodynamic assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Administer a wide range of medications and intravenous fluids to stabilize and manage patients' conditions.
- Provide high-acuity care, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac catheterization support.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care journey.
- Document patient care meticulously to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.

Qualifications:
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a critical care setting (CVICU, ICU, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong clinical experience in cardiovascular nursing is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced assessments, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
