Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses make up the largest segment for Home Health Care. We realize that this is a very important component of our business as we serve the elderly/disabled persons.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform patient assessments
- Write care plans for skilled nursing
- Perform skilled nursing activities
- Make home visits when needed
- Conduct a customer service satisfaction survey quarterly
- Address any grievance/complaint received from patient
- Oversee the tasks perform by CNA's & HHA's as needed
Qualifications
Must have current license
Recent Graduates encouraged to apply
