Registered Nurse (Home Health) - Springfield, OR - (Hybrid)

Job Type : Full time
Shift Schedule : Monday - Friday (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Note: We are seeking a local candidate only so that they can do Home Visits as per the requirements of the position.
Job Role :
- Intake assessments of new clients and reassessments of current clients to monitor conditions and assess needs
- Delegations of medical tasks to caregivers
- Managing appointments of assessments and delegations
- Documentation of evaluations and visit notes
- Caregiver training on procedures and usage of equipment
- Developing subject material for caregiver ongoing education training
- Caregiver training for medication management
Education/Certification :
- Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Must have a Registered Nurse (RN) license- (State of Oregon)
Experience :
- Prior experience working as a Home Health RN
- A new graduate's RN experience is not required.
