This position pays Up to $95,000 per year depending upon experience.
Pinnacle Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in beautiful Smyrna, De is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager.
The RN Unit Manager assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department.
The RN Unit Manager ensures that reference material (i.e., PDR'S, regulations, professional standards of practice, etc.) maintained at the nurses' stations is current.
The Registered Nurse Unit Manager monitors the Facility's QI, QM, and survey reports and provide the Director of Nursing with recommendations that will be helpful in eliminating problem areas.
The Registered Nurse Unit Manager assists in obtaining staffing information that must be posted daily.
The RN Unit Manager provides the Director of Nursing with information relative to the nursing needs of the resident and to the Nursing Department's ability to meet those needs.
The RN Unit Manager informs nursing service personnel of new admissions, their expected time of arrival, room assignment, etc.
Education/Experience
- Must possess a current DE Registered Nurse License or a license that is Compact with DE.
