Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor- Overnight Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor- Overnight : Administering treatments and documentation
Complete assessments to determine the resident's needs
Counsel patient's family in meeting nursing related needs
Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
Following security measures to ensure patients' information is safe and confidential
Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor- Overnight: - Must have an active RN license in the state of MD.
- RN experience in LTC/SNF required.
