Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participate in discharge planning process. Minimum Education Associate's degree required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) must be BLS certified within 30 days from hire date. Required Skills License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of AL
