What you'll do as a Registered Nurse:Utilize your outstanding clinical skills while you are responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive, individualized resident care.
- Initiate a plan of care based on patient issues at admission; review and update care plan based on ongoing assessments
- Responsible for the administration of treatments and medications
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions such as discharge planning and resident teaching as needed
- Act as a resource person for LVNs and CNAs
- Assume delegated responsibilities for the day-to-day management and supervision of the unit in the absence of the head nurse. Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned

For you to be a successful Registered Nurse: - Current and active California licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Two years of acute or long-term nursing experience preferred
