Experience:
12 months of RN First Assist experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license prior to placement start.
Candidates must live at least 70 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Weekend REQ: Every third weekend required.
Is on-call REQ? Yes; What is the req? 2-3 weekdays per week, every other weekend.
RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.
Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week. Please note: SSM may call off up to 24 hours for travelers confirmed to 8 hour shifts per 13 week assignment without paying for cancelled hours. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called-off, those hours will count as a called-off hours.
Strongly prefer pediatric cardiac surgery experience but will accept adult cardiac.
