Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the staff RN performsprofessional role functions in accordance with scope of practice andprofessional standards, including demonstrating the knowledge and ability touse and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards and accreditation/ regulatory standards, scope of practice for LVN and all other nursingpersonnel e.g. unlicensed assistive personnel. The RN demonstrates the abilityto assess their own professional role performance, current knowledge of theoryand principles related to discipline specific practice, and the ability to use apopulation based approach to determine patient needs.
All Flexible Schedule II employees will work two (2) shifts in a pay period. Unit needs may warrant more frequent use.

Required Licensure/Certifications: 1. Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse required. 2. Current CPR certification required. 3. ACLS required within 3 months of hire. 4.
