As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate and skilled patient care, assess and monitor patient conditions, and administer medications and treatments. With time, this role will transition into that of an MDS Nurse, where you will utilize your clinical expertise to assess patient data and ensure accurate documentation for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and regulatory compliance. This evolution will involve in-depth training and development to specialize in Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and regulations. REGISTERED NURSE ( RN ) QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have active and unencumbered Registered Nurse ( RN ) License in the State of NJ.
