What You'll Do:

Demonstrates a commitment to the nursing profession through lifelong learning, adherence to ANA's Code of Ethics for Nurses, participation in a professional organization and advancing community outreach.

Utilizes appropriate information and technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support decision making across the continuum.

What You Bring:

NJ State Registered Nurse License.

RN Case Manager with Home Health experience in the Hamilton and Robbinsville areas of New Jersey.

Must have experience in home health and with OASIS documentation.

Certifications: BLS

Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 40 hrs. per week

Weekend requirement- one weekend every 4 weeks.
