Job Description RN - Medical Surgical - PRN Nights About our Position: As a Medical Surgical nurse with Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to our diverse patient population. Requirements: RN license Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred BLS, ACLS certification (American Heart Association) Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care Assists physicians during examinations and procedures Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse About our Medical Surgical Unit: Our dynamic medical-surgical unit has 18 beds, creating an intimate yet bustling environment. We specialize in providing comprehensive, collaborative care to patients who require medical and surgical interventions. Our dedicated, interdisciplinary team includes nurses, physicians, physical therapists, and more.
