Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the emergency room setting.
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs based on severity of condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions, adjusting care as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in CA (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in an emergency room setting
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
