Nurse (RN/LPN) Sign-On Bonus : $10,000.00 full-time, $7,500.00 part-time (paid via bi-weekly payroll)

Nurse (RN/LPN) Responsibilities:
- Lead the way using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and sound nursing judgment
- Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
- Assesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care
- Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response
- Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations

Nurse (RN/LPN) Qualifications:
