Responsibilities:
- Providing direct care to residents
- Medication administration
- Assessments
- Wound care
- Thorough documentation
- Oversight of STNAs
- Notifying physicians of changes in patients' statuses
Qualifications:
- A current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
