Job Overview - Registered Nurse (Hybrid):
Join our team as a Registered Nurse, where you'll play a crucial role in evaluating patients' health status and developing personalized long-term care service plans. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, technological proficiency, and excellent communication skills to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
Location: New York, openings available in all boroughs (2 days telehealth, 3 days on-site)
Compensation: $50-$55/hr
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a home setting. (Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Licensed Home Care Service Agencies (LHCSAs), or Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC .
- Strong knowledge of general professional nursing principles and state/agency regulations.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multi-generational consumers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
