Employees must be competent in nursing assessments, planning, and evaluation skills. This position will oversee and supervise nursing assistants. Requires good communication, oral and written skills. The right candidate must possess ability to plan and perform work independently without direct supervision, and the ability to establish and maintain effective nurse/resident relationships.
