Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse Include:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Oversee and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in daily care tasks.
Qualifications of a RN Registered Nurse:
- High school diploma
- RN certification in NJ
- Communication Skills
