Overview

At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of LPNs strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

Our Five-Star rated and newly renovated Skilled Nursing facility serves adults whose health concerns prevent them from living independently. The care includes short-term, long-term, or end-of-life care. This newly remodeled facility is attached to a critical access hospital and is part of a healthcare system.

The RN will assist with medication management, wound care, activities of daily living, and assist with being a clinical resource to other clinical team members.

What you can expect from this role

  • Flex Night Shift (7p-7a) - 3 shifts per pay period (days vary to include weekends)
  • Patient Population: Elderly
  • Residents: 1:19
  • Nursing team consists of CNAs and LPNS
  • Provide care 24/7

Qualifications

  • Education: Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 1 years' of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of geriatrics population
  • Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
