North Central Human Service Center - Minot, ND - Registered Nurse (Team-Based Care) This position may be Eligible for a Sign on Bonus As a Registered Nurse on an integrated team, you will assist individuals where they live to build skills so they can live a quality, independent life. Every day, you will travel to individuals' homes and communities. You will use the full scope of mental health and substance use treatment services - assessment, diagnosis, treatment, behavioral health medication management, and patient education - to teach health, hygiene, and medication management skills as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team focused on providing the best support plan possible for each individual. To thrive in this position, you must be committed to the behavioral health specialty with a willingness to research new treatment options, to partner with patients at their level and to consider solutions that maximize the patients' opportunities for success. It is also important that you prefer working with clients in their home and natural environments. To be considered for this position, you will be required to have a licensure as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing and one year of work experience as a RN. If unable to find qualified candidates, will consider applicants licensed as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
