Sign On Bonus $15,000 Registered Nurse- full time
The Registered Nurse will ensure quality nursing care to assigned patients through the nursing process. Ability to supervise and participate in patient care to ensure maximum welfare of patients and staff on the unit. Assesses, plans, directs, and evaluates nursing responsibilities to ensure quality of care. Performs intake assessments. Develops and updates nursing care plan, reviews chart and provides crisis intervention services. Provides therapeutic milieu, delegates and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Mental Health Specialists.

- Increased base salary. Salary range $35-$37 per hour
