Now Hiring: Registered Nurse, RN Unit Manager
RN Unit Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff within the unit.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities within the unit.
- Ensure that nursing care is delivered in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Participate in the hiring and orientation of nursing staff.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.
RN Unit Manager Qualifications:
- RN UM experience
- RN license in NJ
- LTC/SNF experience
- Serious applicants
