Now Hiring: (RN) Registered Nurse - Full Time 3p-11p; includes every other weekend
- Weekend Warrior- Full time (HIGHER PREMIUM RATE) Day/Evening shifts
Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse: Administering treatments and documentation
Complete assessments to determine the resident's needs
Counsel patient's family in meeting nursing related needs
Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
Following security measures to ensure patients' information is safe and confidential
Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse: - Must have an active RN license in the state of PA
- RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred.
