Job Description:
Required Qualifications:

Possession of a current RN license issued by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
Current certifications in CPR, ACLS, PALS, and CPI.

Proficient verbal communication skills for interpreting instructions, interacting with fellow caregivers, and conveying educational information to patients, staff, and the public.
Numerical proficiency to accurately record and calculate patient inputs and outputs, as well as ensure precise medication dosages.

Strong reading and writing abilities for thorough documentation on patient records.
Capacity to adapt and follow directions calmly, utilizing critical thinking skills during emergencies.
Empathetic and considerate demeanor in dealing with patients and their families.
Clinical perception to effectively monitor patients and implement physician's orders.
Finger dexterity for tasks such as handling medical equipment, administering IM medications, assembling IV lines, and conducting physical examinations.
